This phase II trial compares the combination of selinexor, daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj (daratumumab), velcade (bortezomib), and dexamethasone (Dara-SVD) to the usual treatment of daratumumab, lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Dara-RVD) in treating patients with high-risk newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.
