This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL).
