2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

• After 14 Days: No refunds for partial months, but service continues through the end of the billing period

The HelloStudys platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Neverpeak Marketing and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your study page content remains your property. By using our service, you grant us a license to display and promote your study information on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

HelloStudys provides a platform for connecting study coordinators with potential participants. We do not:

• Guarantee any specific number of leads or enrollments
• Screen or qualify patient leads (this is the responsibility of the study coordinator)
• Make medical recommendations or provide medical advice
• Assume responsibility for study conduct or regulatory compliance

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
